History

Founded by followers of the Raven Queen,  Janus, Gond, and Erathus some time after the ascension of the Raven Queen for the purpose of regulating religious activities, hunting cults, and studying the esoteric away from the prying eyes of those who would abuse it. They have also been the only known organization allowed to study necromancy and blood magic. In each culture they have interacted with they have been vary insistent on this arrangement and have often brought penalties to those who refuse this request.

Enemies

Having monopolized the study of blood magic many organizations have sought their forbidden knowledge while others have condemned them for it seeing them as hypocrites and heretics.
